Maximum of 2 claims per Member per year and each claim is a maximum of 5 sessions at a maximum of £50 per session (any one total claim £250). Members must complete the normal claim form and provide the usual evidence including a doctor’s note confirming the need for physio that the NHS aren’t able to provide.
